Lehigh County Judge declares Allentown Cellphone law invalid....
Allentown's ban against using hand-held cellphones while driving was passed in March 2010. Well that ban has been declared invaled by Lehigh County Judge James T. Anthony. The judge's ruling also establishes this ruling as case law that makes local cellphone bans illegal throughout the county.
