U.S. Dept. of Energy gives $2.3 Billion in "Green Job" tax credits to China, Spain & South Korea

Why does our government allow Recovery Act funds to go overseas...

    The Department of Energy has acknowledged that with all of the focus on "green jobs", $2.3 billion in manufacturing tax credits eventually went to foreign firms in China, South Korea, and Spain.
