ATM Fees are increasing at some Banks

In case you haven't noticed or heard, ATM fees are increasing at some banks in the country. Chase is testing $5. fees for non-customers. PNC Bank beginning in September 2011 will stop reimbursing ATM fees for free-checking customers who use non PNC ATM machines and charge the customer $2. per transaction. The good news is that Bank of America, Citi and Wells Fargo have not yet introduced similar changes to the ATM system. Can they be far behind ???
