    The Oakland Raiders 2011-12 season will feature a great squad of cheerleaders including one lovely lady who is a Grandmother. Yes that's correct. The Raiders have hired Susie Sanchez, age 37, a mother of 3 and grandmother of 1. Susie will be one of the sideline cheerleaders for the 2011-12 season.
