This 10 day Fest is comprised of approximately 130 events held throughout the county. The festival will attract about 40,000 to 45,00 people. Major concerts will be held at the Sovereign Performing Arts Center, the Scottish Rite Cathedral, and other large venues. Added treats for festival attendees include the small and intimate concerts held at restaurants and bars throughout the county. The Berks Art Council, a nonprofit organization, presents the festival each year.
