Congratulations to the Bethlehem School District and it’s Solar Power initiative. Tangent Energy Solutions has completed solar energy generation installations at three Bethlehem Area schools. The three schools are J. Buchanan Elementary, Spring Garden Elementary and East Hills Middle School. There are two additional schools scheduled to be commissioned in the coming weeks.
The five schools will provide the Bethlehem Area school district with approximately 2 million kwh (kilowatt-hour) per year of clean electricity and save nearly 2.75 million pounds per year of CO2 and other greenhouse gases.
