Microsoft founder Bill Gates and Baidu CEO Robin Li recently launched an anti-smoking campaign in Beijing, calling on the Chinese people to say "NO" to passive smoking. 1 in 3 smokers in the world are Chinese and the Chinese are #1 in the world in tobacco consumption.
