Not Getting Enough Sleep? Forget counting sheep - just turn off your cell phone. Dependence on cell phones, laptops and even televisions is depriving all of us of valuable sleep time. Almost 95 % of people questioned in a recent study said they used some type of electronics just 1 hour before going to bed. About two-thirds of those people admitted that they do not get enough sleep during the week. It appears that technology is keeping us from quality sleep time. We’re just too geared up at bedtime.
