Governor Corbett of Pennsylvania can thank women for his rise in popularity these days. A Quinnipiac University poll released this week said changing attitudes among women voters has given Corbett a 44-36 % job approval rating. This is a nice boost over his 39-38 % rating in June 2011. Voters overall in the recent poll said that they like Corbett as a person (48-15 %, with 37 % undecided).
