So you think July 2011 was HOT - Well, you're absolutely Correct .....

    The U.S. National Climatic Data Center confirms that July 2011 really was HOT. All 50 States set Record Highs in July 2011. Even Alaska recorded unusually toasty temperatures. Newark, New Jersey set an all-time high of 108 F on July 22, 2011.

    Washington, D.C. recorded its highest July temperature of all time at 105 F on that same day. Water in the nearby Potomac River was the hottest ever recorded at 96 F. That's one hot water temperature folks. July 22 was a hot day throughout the northeast.
