Musikfest 2011 Police Blotter - New year same stuff .....

    Police report that there have been 19 arrests during the first 3 days of Musikfest in 2011 including 16 adults and 3 juveniles. The majority of the offenses were disorderly conduct, underage drinking and public drunkenness.
