U.S. Postal Service just lost $3.1 Billion in 3rd. Quarter - is it time to privatize the mail ?

    The United States Postal Service just lost $3.1 Billion in its 3rd. quarter. USPS is having a severe cash crisis. That's an understatement. The USPS is required by law to make a $5.5 Billion prepayment in September 2011.

Is this Déjà vu all over again. You can expect new calls to privatize the mail again.
