What are Crabfries? Are they Crabs? Are they Fries? What are they – Dorney Park knows ...

Dorney Park will be the first location in the Lehigh Valley for the Philadelphia crab house and sports bar and its famous Crabfries. I have had had them several times and they are great.

This weekend Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom will open and introduce the Lehigh Valley to 2 Chickie's & Pete's locations inside their theme park.

Across from the Sea Dragon ride in the center of the park you will be able to sit in a covered area of approximately 100 seats and enjoy a select menu, including Crabfries, cheese steaks, fried shrimp and beer. At another location near the whirlpool in Wildwater Kingdom you will be able to get Crabfries and chicken cutlets.

Now to the answer to the question - What are Crabfries? Chickie's & Pete's Crabfries are scallop-cut french fries seasoned with seafood spices and served with a secret white three-blend cheese sauce. And boy they are good. But I already said that.

Chickie's & Pete's is a 30-year-old Philadelphia brand, which includes the original at Robbins Ave, south Philadelphia, Bordentown, Egg Harbor, Parx Casino, Philadelphia International Airport, Roosevelt Blvd, at the shore boardwalks and amusement parks.
