The legendary international chowder championship enters its 30th year in 2011, and the competition is thicker than ever! Enjoy all-you-can-eat samples of various traditional and exotic chowders from across the country and beyond, and vote for the best in three categories: Clam, Seafood and Creative.
Three world champions return this year to defend their title: Tony’s Cedar Key Clam Chowder (Cedar Key, FL), Michael’s Seafood (Carolina Beach, NC) and The Boat House (Tiverton, RI). There are 3 stages of live island vibe entertainment, kids’ activities and plenty of new surprises to commemorate their 30th year - like their Clamcake Eating Challenge.
